Our tradition of honoring staffing’s best continues with the 2016 Staffing 100 list. These influential people in North American staffing have helped in different ways to drive the industry’s growth. Speak to any staffing professional and they will tell you placing people in jobs hourly, short term or long term, is arduous. The details that accompany this are varied and can be tricky.

Many on our list started as recruiters and worked their way up to help shape a $134 billion North American staffing market. On their way, they have played with new models of work, tweaked existing ones, run companies, influenced legislation, strategized, introduced new technology, all with a view toward making the world of work a better place.

These individuals have been nominated by you and the staffing ecosystem. They are listed, not ranked. It’s about honoring those who have made a difference to the way we work, giving us a contemporary perspective of people behind the jobs. So if your nominations did not make it to this year’s Staffing 100, don’t give up. There is always 2017.

Congratulations to this year’s honorees, listed alphabetically by surname. The list will be available here.
