Prepare to be inspired as you read the accomplishments of our 40 Under 40 list. These are the people to watch as they take our ecosystem up a notch. Browsing their stories makes one realize the reason our industry is such a melting pot of perspectives: We have folks who have started in different businesses, making their way to the industry quite by chance. And then we have others who quite literally were born into it. Regardless of where they come from, they have one thing in common — they are all connectors.

They connect people to jobs, companies with products, people to tech — the list goes on. Underlying their diverse profiles is a commitment to fostering growth in others. I have been asked why we dropped the Millennials in Staffing list and are instead celebrating the 40 under 40. We take great pride in applauding our ecosystem. Hence our many lists. But the reason we decided to make this change is to widen the pool. Our inaugural Millennials in Staffing list showed us that there are so many rising luminaries that should have their achievements chronicled. We listened. The 40 Under 40 list is our way to recognize more stars in the workforce solutions ecosystem.
