More is needed to improve working environments for women in tech.

In a survey by global staffing firm Harvey Nash, 31% of respondents said their organizations provide career development programs for women, a 41% increase from the previous two years. And 29% said their companies offer programs to support the recruiting and hiring of women in technology.

However, only 30% of women believe their company pays men and women equally. And the number of women who said their work environment remains unwelcoming increased to 35% from 30% in a similar survey last year.

Conducting Screens
