Welcome to the 2020 edition of the Staffing 100. The list, published for the ninth time by Staffing Industry Analysts, honors some of the best
and brightest of our industry. Sponsored by Indeed, it comprises men and women who are charting a course into the future of workforce solutions. Not only are they big on growing their companies, they want to leave the world a better place than they found it.

So, what does that mean for our ecosystem? We are truly an industry of the people, by the people, for the people. Nowhere is the maxim truer than in our industry, though it may not be quite in the spirit of President Abraham Lincoln’s words.

In a complex, changing job market, these leaders have to adapt to the use of AI, robotics, blockchain — to name a few — to create efficient processes that satisfy both candidates and end users without sacrificing the human element in staffing. It’s about using technology to create new models of work that are then driven by people.

The efforts and advances pushed by these innovators not only bolster their own departments, brands and parent companies, but also raise the bar for the entire industry creating an evolving, $155.5 billion market comprising CEOs, entrepreneurs, workforce specialists, attorneys, technologists, etc. There are 34 new names on the list, indicating the changing face of the industry.

Meanwhile, the SI 100 Hall of Fame welcomes seven new members.

Also featured this year, for the fourth time, are the Latin America 25.

Congratulations to this year’s honorees. Profiles are available online at si100.staffingindustry.com.
