SIA introduces the 2021 DE&I Influencers list — 50 professionals in our workforce solutions ecosystem who have been making great strides in varied ways to move the diversity mission forward. Many do not hold dedicated diversity roles at their companies but have been working on a multi-pronged approach at their companies and in their lives to bridge the gap and advance diversity.
From introducing new models to jumpstart diversity hiring, starting firms and organizations to empower underrepresented communities — including BIPOC, LGBTQ, women and working mothers, and military veterans and spouses — to evangelizing via speaking gigs, books or podcasts, the list is a testament to those who have been advocating for others and having the tough conversations on DE&I.
