Answer: According to findings of our most recent surveys of internal workers of staffing firms, aside from sourcing and recruiting training itself, recruiters indicated training in sales and marketing as well as social media usage would be most beneficial to their jobs. Direct-hire recruiters were more likely than temp recruiters to want sales and marketing training at 49% vs. 38%, respectively. Roughly the same — 32% of direct hire and 33% of temp recruiters — said social media training would help improve their effectiveness.
